MAXXINFRA is a PEB manufacturer in India and an integrated structural steel EPC company based in Nagpur. We engineer, detail, fabricate and erect pre-engineered buildings — PEB sheds, PEB warehouses and crane-duty workshops — heavy structural steel and industrial sheds across the country, working as an industrial shed contractor, turnkey EPC partner and steel fabrication unit in Nagpur for warehouse construction, factory and process-plant projects. Two fabrication units at Butibori MIDC give a combined capacity of 3,000 MT per month, and the leadership team brings 20,000+ MT of collective delivery experience across more than 500 projects for India's steel, infrastructure and institutional clients.

PEB manufacturer engineered for Indian conditions

Pre-engineered buildings are designed to IS 800:2007, IS 875 (wind) and IS 1893 (seismic), with AISC and MBMA methods where a client specification calls for them. Drawings are released within 48–72 hours of design freeze. Delivered PEB structures include a 93.8 m clear-span curved roof, multi-span crane sheds 150 m long with 25 + 10 MT EOT cranes, roof monitors, skylights, mezzanine floors and expandable end walls for phased growth.

Heavy structural steel fabrication

Built-up H and I sections from 200×200×6 mm to 800×800×40 mm, box sections, crane girders, platforms, conveyor galleries and pipe racks are fabricated in IS 2062 or ASTM A572 Gr. 50 plate. CNC plasma and gas cutting, H-beam assembly lines with pull-through welding, a dual-arm robotic welding cell and copper-slag blasting to SA 2.5 run under eight documented control gates, with in-house Level-II UT, MPI and LPI inspection and NABL-accredited partner laboratories.

Industrial shed and warehouse construction

Wide-span industrial sheds, high-bay warehouses, cold storage envelopes, crane-duty workshops and hospital or institutional steel frames — with sheeting, insulation and ventilation chosen for the process inside. Delivered buildings range from 54 to 161 kg/m² of steel and up to 384 m in length.

Turnkey EPC under one accountable team

One contract covers engineering, detailing, fabrication, blasting and painting, transport, erection and commissioning support. Every design is challenged for total cost before tonnage is locked, drawings are prepared around the shop sequence, erection method is considered from concept stage, and senior engineers answer site queries directly.

Workshop setup and operation at your site

Under the Operate & Deliver model MAXXINFRA establishes and runs a fabrication workshop at a client's greenfield site — crews, machines, QA systems and ERP-tracked production mobilised in 0–7 days — so steel for large projects is made next to where it is erected.
