Our primary leased fabrication base at Butibori Industrial Area, Nagpur — one of Central India's largest MIDC zones. Equipped for full PEB fabrication including primary members, secondary framing, and surface treatment.

Greenfield Facility Setup
At client-designated greenfield sites, Maxxinfra deploys the Operate & Deliver model — establishing a fully functional fabrication workshop from scratch with QA systems, skilled workforce, and production management.
The Operate & Deliver Model
When a project demands on-site fabrication capacity, Maxxinfra deploys a complete production unit to your site — workshop layout, equipment, certified workforce, QA protocols, and production management — all operational within 0–7 days of mobilization. The facility runs under Maxxinfra management until project completion, then hands over cleanly.
